About
Hi, I’m Jason. Thanks for stopping by!
I’m a producer with over 20 years of experience in content and integrated production, but my journey started long before my first official job. When I was eight, I borrowed my parents' Betamax camcorder and made an animated short using construction paper. That kickstarted a lifelong love of visual storytelling. In high school, I was lucky enough to meet legendary animators like Friz Freleng (Looney Tunes), Chuck Jones (WB Cartoons), and Andreas Deja (Disney), which only deepened my passion for the creative arts. Eventually, I honed my craft at ArtCenter College of Design, where I discovered an entirely new world behind the camera.
While I originally set out to be an animator, I fell in love with photography in college and landed my first job in the creative department at TBWA\Chiat\Day. That’s where I discovered art production, and instantly knew I had found my calling. I worked with leadership to carve out a hybrid role focused on the interactive department, becoming a junior producer before “digital production” was even a common phrase. For the next 10 years, I focused on art production, but as the industry evolved, so did I.
Seeing how integrated production was reshaping agency workflows, I jumped in and learned everything I could—from film to digital to cross-platform production. Since then, I’ve led integrated production teams, produced work across every major media format, and collaborated with some of the most talented creatives, photographers, directors, and A-list celebrities in the business.
I’m also a proud mentor and advocate for the next generation of creative talent. I’ve volunteered with organizations like The Marcus Graham Project, Asians in Advertising, and Project 47, and I take that work as seriously as I do any production.
I’m a member of The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and have served as a judge for the Emmys, The Lucie Foundation, Le Book, the PDN Photo Annual, and the AICP.
At the heart of it all, I love bringing ideas to life with good people - whether it’s a campaign, a story, or a new adventure just getting started.
